Paul Davis team members are wrapping up a warm weather flurry of volunteerism! Our people have donated time, enthusiasm and skills in their communities to support those who need an extra helping hand. Here’s where we made a difference recently:
Playing Ball for Kids: Team members from Paul Davis Canada organized a baseball game
to benefit PaceKids Programs, a nonprofit that empowers children with special
needs and their families through therapy and education. Paul Davis proudly raised over
$1000 for this worthy cause
Walking to Fight Cancer: Team members from Paul Davis of Williamsburg, Virginia, joined
their local Relay for Life event under the theme, “Imagine a World Without Cancer”. The event gathered people for a walk, food, live entertainment, games, and fundraisers. All proceeds went to the American Cancer Society.
Supporting Community Baseball: Paul Davis of Cleveland Metro and Akron, Ohio, sponsors the Akron RubberDucks, a minor league baseball team in the community. Owner Jeff Suszynski recently threw out a first pitch.
Climbing Stairs to Remember 9/11 Responders: A number of Paul Davis locations hosted and participated in the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb Event. Many locations raised thousands of dollars to support families, colleagues and organizations for those who sacrificed themselves to protect others. Â
